Hydrant and wet riser systems

Underground and terrace tanks, pump room, ring main, wet risers, landing valves, hose reels and yard hydrants. Sized from hydraulic calculation, then pressure tested before commissioning.

Automatic sprinkler systems

Wet and dry networks laid out to the occupancy classification, with the head spacing, pipe sizing and water supply that the classification demands.

Fire detection and alarm

Conventional zoned panels through to analogue addressable systems that report the exact detector in seconds, and VESDA aspirating detection for critical spaces.

Gas and special suppression

Total flooding CO₂ and inert gas for rooms where water would do more damage than the fire, with high and medium velocity water spray for transformer and process areas.

Extinguishers, refilling and AMC

Supply and installation of extinguishers of every type, refilling on schedule, and annual maintenance of installed systems with written test records.

Extinguishers in ABC, CO₂, foam and water types
Refilling, hydro testing and replacement
Annual maintenance of installed systems
Pump, valve and detector testing with records
Log books and documentation for inspection
Suits
Societies, hospitals, schools, hotels, offices and factories. Any building with a system already installed.

Consultancy and Fire Brigade NOC

Statutory review at drawing stage, shop drawings and calculations for submission, inspection support, and follow through until the No Objection Certificate is issued.
